Nightlife Cape Town

Cape Town´s night life offers something for everybody. From restaurants alongside the ocean, to bars and night clubs, there is always something happening. Long Street, in the city centre, offers you live music, clubs, pool (snooker) bars, restaurants and a vibrant party atmosphere late into the night. Other places worth exploring are Observatory (alternative), Claremont (young), Kalk Bay (relaxed) and Camps Bay (trendy). Transport to and from your night out can often be a problem in Cape Town and surrounding areas, especially in big groups without access to a car. Do not attempt to drink and drive. Prison in Cape Town is not a place that you want to spend a night or weekend. Taxis are a good option or shuttle services.
