No Bucks is a great website, which was started by two students. The site is all about specials, which you can find in and around Cape Town. The website name says it all ‘No bucks’. Cape Town is well known for its tourist and many restaurants have adopted tourist prices when it comes to their meals and drinks. Work as a translator and see Africa for no cost
Nomad Adventure Tour company is looking for German translators who can help on individual tours. This is a great way to see Africa at no cost. You will be expected to translate from English to German and vice versa for clients on the tour. The majority of the translating will happening in the evenings when the head guide does his briefings. If you are not needed for translating, you will be helping with camp set up and food preparation.
Some of the requirement
- Person must be available for at least 30 days.
- They must have a valid passport
- Duties entail translation from English to German, and vice versa.
- General camp tasks
- washing dishes
- making the fire
- placing chairs
- helping with tents
- helping the cook with food preparation
- This is all subject to a meet and greet before the tours can be confirmed, at our workshop in Gordon’s bay
- The translator must also be available before the tour departs, to join the departure briefing and packing at our workshop.
