We would like to give students access to our database of Internship Programs creating a linking system between companies and Students. This is the first free internship portal in Africa. South Africa and especially Cape Town has become very popular amongst foreign students and Cape Intern would like to assist in providing these students with access to free Internship opportunities.

Requirement:

You must have studied Marketing/ Advertising/ Communications for a minimum of 2 years, and have some form of experience with Online marketing. Experience or knowledge in Design is an added bonus. We are looking for individuals who are creative thinkers, but focused and goal-orientated. You must be able to work for at least 3 months, a minimum of 35 hours a week. An internship visa or volunteer Visa is a benefit.

Description:

This is an unpaid Internship position. We offer international Interns an environment to learn new skills, teach their skills, integrate with local staff, develop ideas and get involved in our community. The job includes helping the business gather information, create marketing strategies and implementing them. Since this is a young project, you will have an opportunity to make a large impact within a small time frame.

Other Information:

We are based in Observatory, Cape Town - a culturally diverse neighbourhood. To get the most out of your internship here, you will need to integrate yourself fully into your new surroundings. Hard work and creative insight will be rewarded with great percs such as travel opportunities, and a host of other comps. We can also help you find room in the area between R2000 - R3000.
