Half Day Rafting Trips

A half-day rafting trip is a great way to experience the area around Augrabies Falls. The area is home to moe than 142 different bird species including the black eagle and the African fish eagle. No experience is required for these rafting tours that consist of some easy paddling as well as fun rapids.

The half-day options are trips from Perde Eiland to Khamkirri or from Khamkirri to Augrabies Falls. All rafting equipment is included!

Full Day Rafting Trips

A day of rafting is a great way to experience this beautiful landscape in the Northern Cape. Khamkirri’s day trips include a satisfying lunch on the banks of the Orange River. Rafting Tours in the Augrabies Falls area are a combination of fun rapids and sections of gentle paddling, where you can take in the breathtaking scenery and watch the abundant birdlife.

Multi Day Rafting Tours

A multi-day rafting trip is a great way to break away from the city and immerse yourself in nature. In this area of the Northern Cape near Upington  the Orange River breaks the starkness of the Kalahari. The landscape surrounding the Orange River is known as the Green Kalahari.
The multi-day Kalahari rafting experience is unique to Khamkirri. Spend your days taking in the stunning scenery, while the evenings are spent by the camp fire. Khamkirri’s multi-day tours are fully catered and include accommodation in comfortable tented chalets.
